The NAP (No Attack Pact) ensures peaceful coexistence among the top 5 alliances, preventing conflicts, protecting resources, and fostering cooperation. All signatories must strictly adhere to these rules.

Violation: Proven breaches may lead to sanctions, loss of NAP benefits, or public censure.
Rule: Spying, infiltration, misinformation, or attempts to undermine alliance systems are strictly forbidden.
Violation: Investigation → proven violations may result in sanctions, restriction of alliance privileges, or public censure.
Rule: Do not capture, steal, or block access to alliance territories, resource nodes, or shared objectives without prior consent.
Violation: Restitution, compensation, or temporary loss of access may be enforced.
Do not use third parties (mercenaries, neutral factions, or proxy players) to circumvent the pact.
Violation: Immediate review → offending agreements may be nullified, and sanctions may apply.
Rule: All disputes must be reported to R4-R5 alliance officers with evidence.
Failure to Engage: Ignoring dispute resolution may lead to unilateral penalties or suspension from alliance benefits.
Rule: Alliance members must treat each other with respect. Abuse, harassment, bullying, or provoking members is strictly forbidden.
Failure to Engage: Ignoring reports or continuing abusive behavior may lead to penalties or permanent removal from the alliance.
Rule: Members are forbidden from recruiting or attempting to steal members from other NAP alliances.
Failure to Engage: Violating this rule can compromise the NAP trust and may result in penalties or removal from alliance activities.
